Good location in Pattaya. Centrally placed near plenty of bars and restaurants. Good price. Check in easy. Room clean and good size. Only problem Aircon very noisy. Overall good experience would return. Staff easy to deal with good English.

i stayed at this hotel for three night the location is central to everthing the room its self is great this is where it stops swimming pools only two open the other one under some sort of repair looks dirty the other two have broken tiles everywhere the scum marks around the pool tiles is unbelievably looks like it as never been clean. This hotel is living on borrowed time,The front of house manager did a very good job of blocking me from actually seeing the hotel Manager told me not there. As the front of house manager when a guess ask for there room to be cleaned then this should happen when the request is made not nine hours later Maybe she need to be retrained. This hotel is labled 3* i dont know how its the worst hotel i have had the pleasure of staying in and will never stay there again

I came here for one night only and I'm glad because this hotel is basic clean but very basic, I booked a superior room but the best thing about it was the shower, bed was hard as a rock, staff really nice, never tried the breakfast so I can't comment its close to everything so location good laundry across the road, close to all bars and eateries on soi Lenkee,

Rooms are old and shabby and not maintained the rooms are dusty and cobwebs around there doesn’t seem to be any management structure to the hotel , positives are the staff are great especially the reception and the food is good area is spot on too

Pros- good size room, good location. Cons- out dated, problems with tv, screen faulty hanging off wall. Front door badly fitted had to close with shoulder. Balcony door leaked after rain storm water ingress, used towels to form a dam! Late check out charge 800thb. Key deposit 1000thb. Pool area uninviting, pool not clean faulty sun beds. Cleanliness poor. 2 star rating at most.🙃
